Continuing our successful partnership with Toomey Motor Group, George Martin played a pivotal role in their expansion, collaborating closely with their preferred specialist contractor, Spanesi, and professional advisors. Our comprehensive involvement began with property acquisition, where we meticulously identified and secured a suitable double-aspect light industrial unit in Hovefields, Basildon, measuring nearly 11,000 square feet.

Following acquisition, we managed the complete refurbishment and fit-out of the premises, ensuring it met Toomey Motor Group’s exacting standards. A critical part of this project involved working with our network of specialist contractors to design, supply, and expertly install essential equipment, including state-of-the-art spray booths, vehicle ramps, and other vital specialist machinery.

Furthermore, we leveraged our extensive pool of trusted suppliers and contractors to guarantee that the staff amenities and work accommodation areas reflected the same advanced technology and infrastructure consistently found across all of Toomey Motor Group’s sites. Our meticulous approach culminated in the seamless logistics management for the Group, ensuring a smooth transition into their new, highly functional facility.
