George Martin is an established property development and management company, founded in 1962, that has a rich and diverse property portfolio that it has established over 60 years of operating as a company.
Every project we deliver is to the highest standards, providing quality homes, commercial spaces and facilities for local communities. Our philosophy involves working collaboratively with external partners to successfully plan, manage and deliver the projects we undertake with the highest quality. We are part of MJT Securities, a wider group that owns several companies spanning across a wide range of industries.

Our unique and diverse portfolio of completed, planned and ongoing projects demonstrates the ethos of the company and the consistent high-quality of work that is produced. We carefully plan for and consider the wider community when completing our projects, which is consistently proven across our portfolio of work.
Our work is typically undertaken in three main sectors, with them being Commercial, Residential and Operational. We have completed multiple projects in each sector and can plan, manage and oversee all project types.

Meet the Team
The George Martin team has significant experience within the property industry across all the different services provided. They deliver a hands-on approach to ensure they are helping meet your requirements, whatever they may be. Oliver joined George Martin in 2013 with experience in construction management in various sectors including newbuild, conversions and refurbishments across residential, commercial and retail. His work at George Martin has been focused on delivering projects from the initial feasibility study through to post completion as well as supporting the Groups existing portfolio.
Paul joined George Martin in May 2023 as a Facilities Manager. Paul has over twenty years’ experience in Facilities Management including contract management, health & safety and project works across the commercial office sector. Paul’s knowledge and experience will drive improvements across the Group and reduce inefficiencies in the long term.
Donna joined George Martin in 2014 as an administrator for the team. Bringing nearly 15 years’ experience within a global leading property services company, Donna plays a key role in the day to day running of George Martin and providing support to the team.
Sharon joined George Martin in July 2022 with experience in office administration in various sectors. Her focus at George Martin is on providing administrative duties and support to the team.
