In March 2022 we gained approval to change the property from Use Class E [Commercial, Business and Service] to use Class 3 [Residential]. The scheme provides an opportunity to covert 12000 sq. ft of semi open office space into 18 bespoke apartments, consisting of nine 2 bedroom and nine 1 bedroom. The works include alterations to the building to provide three entrances, each providing controlled access to communal areas and six apartments. Alterations to the car park design has allowed us to provide allocated parking within a private, gated car park. Each two bedroom apartment will be allocated two spaces, and the one bed apartments one space. Alongside the internal conversion, extensive works were undertaken to the external envelope including hard and soft landscaping.
